Win the Membership Before the Booking Begins — Team Wiki

What this is

membersonly.blend360.com is Blend360's interactive campaign microsite for the Travel & Hospitality loyalty white paper. Instead of a static landing page, it demonstrates the campaign's core argument — that AI-decisioned loyalty beats rules-based tiers — by letting visitors experience it: they pick a guest, walk a simulated booking journey, score their own program's readiness, and see real (anonymized) Blend results. Every interaction is measured, so marketing can see what resonates and sales gets warmer, better-qualified leads.

It works equally for people and for AI assistants: the site is machine-readable, so when a prospect's AI tool researches loyalty optimization, Blend's story is legible to it too — which is itself the campaign's thesis in action.

Team & operations reference

This section is the operational half of the wiki. It is refreshed three ways: (1) every Claude working session that changes the microsite updates the relevant section AND appends a Changelog entry; (2) a daily scheduled task ("T&H Microsite Wiki Refresh") verifies live state and updates the Health line; (3) each site deploy republishes this page at membersonly.blend360.com/wiki.html. Canonical live copy: the "Blend- General" Claude project → th-microsite-wiki.md.

Analytics (PostHog project 526022, Blend360 org)

Dashboard 1897334 — 11 insights: unique visitors, daily trend, section engagement, guest-journey funnel, persona popularity, conversions, journey step drop-off, readiness tier mix, average readiness score, case-study engagement, lead quality by readiness tier. Session replay + web vitals ON. The analytics hub renders a brand-styled snapshot suite refreshed with each site update: count-up KPIs, a glowing daily-visitors area chart, a journey-to-lead funnel with stage-conversion chips, a persona donut, animated section-engagement bars, the live persona-view A/B chart, a dark/light theme split, conversion-health gauges, and an activity-pulse feed. The snapshot is interactive: per-chart metric toggles (visitors/pageviews, counts/% share), hover tooltips on every element, ⓘ metric definitions, and a share bar (copy/email summary, snapshot CSV/JSON, HubSpot-import leads CSV, print-to-PDF).

Events: microsite_tab_viewed{tab}, persona_view_switched{persona}, lead_captured{email,domain,quiz_tier,quiz_score,persona_view,theme}, persona_selected{persona,persona_name}, journey_step_viewed{persona,step,step_index}, journey_completed{persona}, readiness_quiz_started, readiness_quiz_completed{score,tier}, roi_calculated{members,share}, whitepaper_submitted{domain,quiz_tier,quiz_score}, cta_clicked{cta,to}, case_study_clicked{case_study_id,title}, theme_toggled{theme}.

How to publish

Local (Cursor/Claude Code): clone → edit → git push origin main. Browser: GitHub /upload/main drag-drop (subfolders via /upload/main/<dir>); NEVER the web code editor (freezes). A Cowork session running in the cloud cannot publish on its own — the sandbox has no clone, no gh, and no repo grant, and the Chrome extension refuses to upload files from a bridged folder ("only files this session is allowed to read"). In that mode Claude stages the files to the local Blend folder and a human does the drag-drop; run the task on your computer (or push from Cursor) if you want the publish step automated end to end. Never place .py files at repo root (breaks Azure build detection — python tooling lives in /art). Repo CLAUDE.md carries brand rules, analytics contract, and gotchas. QA gate: syntax-check inline JS with node --check; automated UX suite (42 checks, desktop + mobile) plus WCAG-AA contrast audit in both themes; click through all tabs, 3 personas, quiz, ROI. Wiki page: edit WIKI.md → python3 art/build_wiki.py → deploy wiki.html with the rest.

Case-study sync (governance)

node sync-case-studies.mjs — no cookie or API key (public endpoint is server-side governed: published-only, anonymized, validated weblinks). Script keeps belt-and-suspenders guards: hard abort on any real client name, HEAD liveness check on links. NEVER show real client names on the site. _059's old mismapped link fixed at the hub source (2026-07-23). Hub audit note: _017 & _019 share a weblink.
